Halogen heaters dissipate heat by emitting light. Generally, the power consumption of halogen tube heating products for household use is around 900W to 1200W, which is more suitable for indoor heating. The halogen tube is filled with an inert gas of halogen elements, and contains a tungsten wire in the middle, so it is called a halogen tube. Briefly analyze the working principle of halogen heaters.
1. The electrical performance is stable, the electric heating power is stable, the temperature rises quickly, and the electric heating conversion rate is as high as 70%.
2. High thermal efficiency, non-oxidative heating, service life of more than 3000 hours, safe and reliable.
3. The light emitted during work is mainly visible light and near-infrared light, and more than 84% are concentrated in the 0.75um~3.5um area. It fully complies with GB/T241993 Basic Environmental Test Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Products, and GB4706.1-19921 General Safety Requirements for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances.
The outer surface of halogen heaters is glass, so it cannot be bent freely. If it is a metal tube such as stainless steel or copper, it can be bent freely within a certain range.
